n behalf of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF), Owelcome to the ceremonial swearing-in for the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members of the 117th . At the beginning of each new Congress, the CBCF hosts this ceremonial event to honor the legacy of the CBC and mark the installation of its new and re-elected members.

This year, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the CBC and we welcome the largest CBC membership in history. Established in 1976, the CBCF is a nonpartisan, nonprofit, public policy, research and education institute committed to its mission of advancing Black communities globally by preparing, challenging and engaging emerging and existing leaders in order to inform, educate and support the policy-making process. Our mission has never wavered. For 50 years, Singer/Songwriter we have remained steadfast in our dedication to engagement, equity and economic empowerment.
