All Athletes need clothes to practice in daily. All teams will receive a uniform to compete in on game days.

Cross Country ● Running Sneakers Purchased by players ● Warm layers for running in ● Game Jersey and Short Cross Country cold weather races are held on all kinds of surfaces, including grass, gravel and pavement. Spikes are not recommended. At this level, races are 1.5 - 2 miles (2.5- 3.2 km)

ROA participates in all kinds of outdoor sports including biking, hiking, fishing, indoor rock climbing and many other activities.
