Richard McManus Keysha Milenkovic 4 HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS 5 AWARDS Stormwater NSW 2016 Awards for Excellence The 2016 Stormwater NSW Awards for Excellence were held on 6 July at L’Aqua, Cockle Bay Wharf in Sydney. An exciting selection of award entries made for a great night. Greg Joblin and Andrew Jordan of the Greater Sydney Commission spoke about the recent release of the six Draft District Plans. Barbara Schaffer of the Government’s Architect Office presented on the governments ‘Better Placed: A Design Led Approach, Developing an Architecture and Design Policy for NSW’. Reid McNamara of the Metropolitan Water Directorate spoke about the pending release of the Metropolitan Water Plan and key components of the Water Smart Cities Program.
