Hamilton County Legislative Delegation Meeting Date: January 20, 2021 Time: 5:00 p.m. Location: Hamilton County Courthouse, in the main court room at 207 NE First Street, Jasper, FL 32052 The legislative delegation holds a public hearing each year prior to session to afford local officials, members of the public, and other interested parties, the opportunity to present legislative proposals, make funding requests, or express opinions on state issues. The next Regular Session of the Legislature will convene on March 2, 2021. Okaloosa County Legislative Delegation Meeting Date: January 20, 2021 Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Location: Okaloosa County Commission Chambers, 1250 N Eglin Parkway, Suite 100, Shalimar, Florida 32579 Delegation members will hear public comments on proposals for the 2021 Legislative Session. Hernando County Legislative Delegation Meeting Date: February 12, 2021 Time: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Location: Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 This annual public meeting is an opportunity for citizens, elected officials, municipalities, local government and civic organizations to address the delegation before the start of the 2021 Legislative Session. Any member of the public is welcome to attend and are required to follow social distancing guidelines and masks must be worn during the duration of the public meeting.

Decisions regarding any local legislation for the 2021 Legislative Session will be made at this time. All proposals for local bills are to be presented at this public meeting and accompanied by a Resolution from the local government supporting the proposed legislation.

Forms may also be requested at the delegation meeting and speakers will be called upon in the order in which they are received. Walton County Legislative Delegation Meeting Date: February 12, 2021 Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Location: Freeport City Hall, 112 Highway 20 West, Freeport, FL This meeting is an opportunity for citizens, elected officials, cities and local governments, and other civic organizations to address the delegation before the start of the 2021 Legislative Session. They will also consider and vote on "local bills", which is state legislation that only pertains to a municipality, taxing district, or school district within the county.

CDC Protocols will be followed for this meeting including limited availability of seating so that attendees can stay at least 6 feet (2 arm lengths) apart.
