Membership of the Deanery Synods 2020-2023 Membership of the Deanery Synods 2020-2023 In 2020, parishes must elect new members of the deanery synods for three years from 2020 to 2023. The Diocesan Synod is asked to note the number of lay representatives to be elected by each parish. The number of representatives for each parish is based on the size of that parish’s Electoral Roll at the time of their Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) in 2019 (e.g. up to 25 members = 1 lay Deanery Synod member) MEMBERSHIP OF THE DEANERY SYNODS, 2020 - 2023 House of Clergy All licensed priests and deacons within the Deanery and one (or more) retired priest(s) elected by the retired priests resident within the Deanery. I am directed by the Secretary of State to say that consideration has been given to the report of Paul Griffiths BSc(Hons) BArch IHBC, who made site visits on 17 November 2015 and 17 December 2015 into your client’s appeal against the decision of Cornwall Council to refuse planning permission for a single wind turbine of max. 77m to tip, along with associated infrastructure, including an access track, and electrical housing in accordance with application ref: PA14/06447, dated 9 July 2014. 2. On 2 July 2016, this appeal was recovered for the Secretary of State's determination, in pursuance of section 79 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 6 to, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, because the appeal gives rise to important issues for the application of the Wind Farm policy and the appeal is therefore being recovered because of the particular circumstances. Inspector’s recommendation and summary of the decision 3. The Inspector recommended that the appeal be allowed, and planning permission granted, subject to conditions. 4.     this document has been created by the History Data Service (HDS) SN 6738 - Cornwall Census Returns, 1851 This study contains a complete transcript of the Cornwall returns of the census of 1851. Using microfiche loaned to the project by the LDS, volunteers, recruited online transcribed the pages of the enumerators’ books for the Cornwall 1851 census. Other volunteers checked the data using Free Census software. Finally, the organiser validated the data, using yet another piece of Free Census software. The data was collected in 1851. The raw data was in the form of microfiche, organised in accordance with the PRO regulations. Copyright is held by the Crown and TNA confirmed that publishing the transcripts online is allowed.     DRAFT PROPOSALS FOR A DECLARATION OF CLOSURE FOR REGULAR PUBLIC WORSHIP AND THE REARRANGEMENT OF BENEFICES IN THE DEANERY OF WEST WIVELSHIRE SUMMARY OF MAIN PROVISIONS OF DRAFT PROPOSALS These draft proposals provide, in effect, for:- a) dissolution of the benefices of Duloe, Herodsfoot, Morval and Saint Pinnock; and Saint Martin with Saint Nicholas, Looe b) the parish of Saint Pinnock to be dissolved and its area transferred to the parish of Liskeard c) the church of Saint Pinnock in the parish of Saint Pinnock to be closed for regular public worship d) the creation of a new benefice of Duloe and Herodsfoot e) the creation of a new benefice of Looe and Morval f) the appointment of the first incumbents for the new benefices g) the parsonage houses for the new benefices h) the future patronage arrangements for the new benefices 1. Dissolution of benefices The benefice of Duloe, Herodsfoot, Morval and Saint Pinnock; and the benefice of Saint Martin with Saint Nicholas, Looe in the Diocese of Truro shall be dissolved. 2. Dissolution of the parish of Saint Pinnock and the Closure for regular public worship of Saint Pinnock’s church The parish of Saint Pinnock in the benefice of Duloe, Herodsfoot, Morval and Saint Pinnock shall be dissolved and its area shall be transferred to the parish of Liskeard. The church of Saint Pinnock, being the parish church for the parish of Saint Pinnock, shall be closed for regular public worship. 3. Creation of new benefice of Duloe and Herodsfoot 3.1 A new benefice which shall be named "The Benefice of Duloe and Herodsfoot" shall be created in the diocese of Truro, and the area of the new benefice shall comprise of the parish of Duloe and the parish of Herodsfoot, which parishes shall continue distinct.
