Experience Is Key: VMI returns a squad in 2006-07 that is one of the most experienced in recent years. Despite having only four seniors on the squad, the Keydets return 10 lettermen from a year ago including two starters.

On The Mark: Last season, forward Matt Murrer flirted with the nation’s lead in field-goal percentage throughout the season, in the end falling just five baskets short of the NCAA’s statistical mini- mum qualification. Had he qualified, Murrer’s 65.0% shooting would have made him third in the nation, just ahead of Florida’s Joakim Noah. 2006-007 Rosters Roster Breakdown KKEEYYDDEETT NNUUMMEERRIICCAALL RROOSSTTEERR BY CLASS # Player Pos.
