MINDSCAPE AND UNIVERSAL MUSIC ANNOUNCE MORE DANCE PARADISE TRACKS

Upcoming Kinect for Xbox 360 title includes many popular hits to get the dancing started!

SYDNEY, November, 2010: Mindscape and Universal Music have today announced new tracks to feature in upcoming Kinect(TM) for Xbox 360(R) release, Dance Paradise. Using Microsoft’s new motion detection and control-free technology, Dance Paradise enables players to dance freely either individually or with friends.

Dance Paradise is the only Kinect for Xbox 360 dancing game that provides simultaneous multiplayer modes. Players can dance together in duo mode, compete against each other in versus mode or sabotage their opponent in battle mode. Kinect for Xbox 360 detects the movements of each individual dancer and awards a score based on the accuracy of each performance.

Dance Paradise has been designed for all ages. Colourful dance environments such as the beach, marina and VIP club create a fun, friendly and relaxed experience for the entire family. Mindscape’s partnership with Universal music has also enabled them to create a playlist which includes popular hits across all genres from pop and rock to hip-hop, R&B and dance, ensuring the game includes something for everyone!

Dance Paradise will be released on Australia’s Kinect for Xbox 360 launch day, Thursday, 18 November and will be available from all major retailers.
