PROGRAM Discard food waste and food- soiled from meals, your refrigerator and pantry into a bucket separate from your household trash. Coon Rapids Recycling  All organic materials must be 1831 111th Ave NW in a sealed Blue Bag, BPI certified compostable bags, or Coon Rapids, MN 55433 paper bag. No other bags will be accepted for drop off. Center Hours April-Sept: Tues & Thur 2-8pm  Bring your bagged organics to the Coon Rapids Recycling Wed, Fri & Sat 9-3 Center during operating hours October- March: Tues-Sat 9-3 and drop in designated container.
