The results of the above appraisal indicate that a number of bus stops are located within a convenient five-minute (400m) walk of the site. The nearest education opportunities are provided at Christ’s College located within a 10-minute (800m) walk of the site and a number of primary and secondary schools are available within a 20- minute (2km) walk of the site. Pennywell Shopping Centre and a large proportion of the Pennywell Industrial Estate are also located within a convenient 10-minuite (800m) walk of the site.
