The ‘Civil Society programme for Albania and Kosovo’ is financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA).

1. Increase community and LAN knowledge on the possible social programmes that are provided by state structures and not only, in the country; 2. Higher access to social services by ensuring free legal services for 200 direct beneficiaries; Project results 3. Enhanced capacities of grassroots and community based organizations on the development and solving of individual cases, without needing to refer everything to TLAS; 4. Innovative tools which will contain easily accessible information by any interested person on social services.
