Introduction

The journey that led us to our eclectic and exciting list began in October 2014. The Stone House at Clove Lakes is a one of kind venue nestled on a tiny island in the heart of picturesque Clove Lakes. The historic building and beautiful grounds are home to Staten Island’s premier restaurant. The restaurant boasts gourmet contemporary American cuisine. In March 2016, Chef’s Loft at The Stone House was born. Chef’s Loft is an intimate five course dinner with wine pairing by our sommelier, Roberto Hernandez. The wine paired dinner is prepared for sixteen exclusive reservations by Chef/Owner, Peter Botros, while guest watch. The Chef’s Loft menu changes monthly and gave us the opportunity to taste and collect many unique and wonderful from different regions of the world. That collection is the foundation of our wine list. We invite you to join us on our wine journey.
