Working together for a Better Bolton We want everyone in Bolton to live longer and healthier lives – that means doing things differently. Bolton Council and NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group, along with our hospital and community and voluntary sector, are working together to improve health and care services so they meet the needs of local people and are fi t for the future. Bolton people need to do their bit too by taking charge of their own health and wellbeing. That could mean changes like eating more healthily or getting more active.
