Neither of the Parties has raised any objections to the appointment of the Arbitrator or to his declaration of independence. 3. Facts and Proceedings 3.1 Summary of the Dispute 4. On 12 August 2010, the Parties signed an employment contract according to which Respondent engaged Claimant as a professional basketball player for two seasons, namely 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 (the “Employment Contract”). The Employment Contract provided in Art. 4.3 for a total remuneration in the amount of EUR 400,000.00 (EUR 150,000.00 for the 20010/2011 season and EUR 250,000.00 for the 2011/2012 season).
