We have a lot of exciting alumni events planned for this fall, and as coaches, the fall gives us a chance to get down to business on the fi eld with the goal of getting back to the national championship game. I also want to take this opportunity to welcome the parents and families of this year’s freshman class. It’s a big, talented group of incom- ing players and I look forward to getting to know you and your sons over the next four years. Welcome to the Syracuse family! We decided not to participate in any fall scrimmages and will instead host an alumni game on Oct. 9 as part of the festivites scheduled for alumni weekend (Oct. 8-10).
