Competition level: International competition is associated in European Criterium Tournaments 2010/2011 for Juniors and Youngsters´ categories. Results of the Teams will count for competition of International Trophy of Figure Skating European Criterium.
Entries: All ISU members and clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated in I.S.U., are invited to take part at the competition. Each member and club can enter 2 competitors in each category (2 males and 2 females). Organizing club takes right to enter more competitors. The number of competitors could be reduced in case of more than 30 entries in one category or problems to make competition in time schedule.
Deadline for entries: The entries (competitors, judges, teamleaders, coaches, other persons) must reach the organizer by February 20. 2011. at the following address:

* Single Skating Advanced Novice – Girls and Boys Boys The Short Program for Boys’ Singles shall consist of the following elements: a) Axel Paulsen or double Axel Paulsen. b) Double or triple jump immediately preceded by connecting steps, may not repeat jump in a). c) One jump combination consisting of two jumps or one double and one triple jump, both jumps may not repeat jump in a) or b). d) Camel or sit spin (minimum of six (6) revolutions) with change of foot and no flying entrance. e) Spin combination with only one change of foot and at least one change of position (minimum of five (5) revolutions on each foot). f) One step sequences with full utilization of the ice surface (straight line / serpentine / circular).
Girls The Short Program for Girls’ Singles shall consist of the following elements:
3 a) Axel Paulsen or double Axel Paulsen. b) Double or triple jump immediately preceded by connecting steps, may not repeat jump in a). c) One jump combination consisting of two jumps or one double and one triple jump, both jumps may not repeat jump in a) or b). d) Laybach or sideways leaning spin (minimum of six (6) revolutions). e) Spin combination with only one change of foot and at least one change of position (minimum of five (5) revolutions on each foot). f) One step sequence with full utilization of the ice surface (straight line / circular / serpentine).
Boys and Girls A well balanced Free Skating program for Singles must contain: a) Maximum 6 jump elements for Girls and 7 jump elements for Boys one of which must be an Axel type jump. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. A jump combination can contain only two (2) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. Only two (2) jumps with two and a half (2 ½) revolutions or more can be repeated either in a jump combination or in a jump sequence. b) There must be a maximum of two (2) spins of a different nature, one of which must be a spin combination (minimum of ten (10) revolutions) and one a flying spin or a spin with a flying entrance (minimum of six (6) revolutions). c) Ther must be a maximum of one (1) step sequence.
Levels explanations: For Advanced Novice Singles, in all elements which are subject to Levels, only features up to Level 3 will be counted. Any additional features will not count for Level requirements and will be ignored by the Technical Panel.
**Debs Free Skating Program
A well balanced Free Skating Program for Singles must contain:
A) Maximum of 6 jump elements for Girls and a maximum of 7 jump elements for boys one of which must be as Axel type jump and there may be up to three (3) jump combinations or sequences. Only one jump combination can contain three (3) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. Only two (2) jumps with two and a half (2 ½) or three (3) revolutions can be repeated either in jump combination or in a jump sequence. B) There must be a maximum of three (3) spins of a different nature, one of which must be a spin combination (minimum of ten (10) revolutions) and the two other different spins (minimum of six (6) revolutions). In spins the minimum number of revolutions required in position is two (2) in order to be counted. C)For Girls there must be a maximum of one (1) spiral sequence or one (1) step sequence that fully utilizes ice surface.A spiral position in order to be counted must be held for at least 3 seconds. D)For Boys there must be a maximum of one (1) step sequences.
Calculation of results: a) Results for groups CHICKS, CUBS , SPRINGS,DEBS and NOVICES will be calculated in accordance to I.SU. Regulations 1998, Rules 353 to 357 (OBO- System) b) Results for JUNIORS will be calculated in the new ISU Judging System, or the organizer keeps rights to change to OBO- System Final information on Junior judging system will be announced and sent out by end of January 2011.

Interpretative
Levels: A.) Born in 1999/2000/2001/2002 Free program: 2 min. (10” bonus) In the program are allowed only 2 single jumps, not repeated and not in combination;
B.) Born in 1996/97/98 Free program: 2 min. (10” bonus) In the program are allowed only 3 single jumps, not repeated and not in combination;
C.) Born in 1995 and before Free program: 2 min. 30 sec. (10” bonus) In the program are allowed all single jumps, not repeated and not in combination. Attention: a program with other jumps means disqualification of the athlete. Music: accept the vocal. Costums: according to the interpretation of the music-theme. Objects: allowed if transported only by the athlete and if strictly necessary for the Performance and not dangerous for the ice. Judges panels and scores – three judges as following: - judge only artistic value: jumps, spins, skating; - judge global value: global program; - judge only coreography-dance value: interpretation, posture, originality of program. The score is only each judge and the mark is minimum 0.0 and maximum 6.0 Final result: majority position; in case of equal position, the best result in the interpretative value wins. Calculation of results: OBO- System
Expenses: The organizer does not pay any expenses of the teams. The organizers cover the costs of competition.. Each club covers the travel and living expenses for their competitors, team leaders, coaches and judges.
Judges: Each club which has entries in at least two categories, can enter one International Judge or Judge for I.S.U. Championships.
Music: Music will be reproduced from CD. CD must be labelled by names of competitors, club and category which they enter. CD must be deliverd immediately after team´s arrival to Organizing Committee Office.
Responsibility: In accordance to I.S.U. Regulations, Rule 119, all participants act on their own responsibility. Organizer will provide medical emergency aid during competition.
Awards: The first three best placed competitors in each event will be awarded by special presents, others by diplomas. The best placed team will be awarded by diplom.
