Was that intentional? Lots of cracks and pops for an "Audiophile" brand new album...Has anybody got the same experience or have I just got a dud? Knights from Bernin Hi ThereI bought this from my local record store and 'Purple' had a locked groove for me too. It was halfway through the track too, so it must have been/be a defect. I was just about to order it again in the hope it was a one-off but found it missing from MOV's catalogue. Then I found your review which suggests that it was a bad pressing and has been deleted/removed.Such a shame as the rest of the album played perfectly for me with no noise but I agree that it was not a good experience.TSP.S. On a side note, I have another MOV release which plays fine but has lots of static and noise. I'm not that impressed with them to be honest. Peut-être est-ce le type de sonorité de cette musique dont on ne perçoit pas la source, puisque on ne voit pas d’instruments jouant des notes1, un peu comme si la musique n'était plus uniquement hauteur de sons (notes), mais "sons" et "éléments sonores" ? Dans le cadre de la venue de Luc Ferrari2 à La Chaux-de-Fonds en mai 2003, la Discothèque de la Ville a choisi de retenir un aspect de son œuvre, précisément ses productions de musique électroacoustique. A cette occasion, la Discothèque a complété ses collections de disques dans ce domaine, en faisant l’acquisition, notamment, d’oeuvres de Stockhausen, Schaeffer, Bayle, Parmegiani, etc. L’une des facettes de la personnalité de Luc Ferrari est de vouloir briser les frontières entre les arts, de s’ouvrir à des registres multiples et de passer volontiers d’un domaine musical à l'autre.
