Respondent : The Public: Information Officer (U/RTI Act, 2005) / O/o The Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal District. O R D E R 1. Sri P. Nagarjuna, Hyderabad-500047 has filed a Complaint dated 09-11-2016 which was received by this Commission on 11-11-2016 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal District. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 30-11-2015 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. 3. The Public Information Officer / O/o The Special Deputy Collector, KRRC, Collectorate, Ranga Reddy District has transferred the application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to the PIO / O/o The Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District vide letter no. A5/RTI/34218/2015, dated 04-01-2016. The Public Information Officer further transferred the application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to the PIO / O/o The Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal District vide letter no. K/210/2016, dated 22-02-2016. 4. The Public Information Officer / O/o The Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District has informed the complainant that to remit fees at Mee-Seva for obtaining the information for point no. 2 vide letter no. K3/221/2016, dated 27-01-2016. 5. The Public Information Officer / O/o The Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal District has given reply to the complainant vide letter no. B/RTI/36/2016, dated 17-06-2016. 6. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 19-02-2018. The case is called on 19-02-2018. The Complainant is present. The Public Information Officer is present. The Complainant submitted that he did not receive the sought information and the information furnished is not authenticated. The Public Information Officer submitted that the available and hold information has been furnished and efforts are being made to trace out the remaining information. P.T.O The Commission directed the Public Information Officer to trace out the remaining information and furnish the same to the Complainant and furnish authenticated information once again within two weeks.
