This Order may be cited as the Traffic Restriction (Temporary Citation Provisions) (Carnival) Order, 1993. 2. Parking 4. During the times and on the dates specified in paragraph 3, traffic vehicular traffic shaH proceed as follows: (a) Queen Street, between Duncan Street and Piccadilly Street--in an easterly direction only; (b) Piccadilly Street, between Park Street and Prince Street­ in a southerly direction only; (c) Stone Street, between Wrightson Road and Park Street­ in a southerly direction only. Two-way 6. During the times and on the dates specified in paragraph 3 traffic vehicular traffic shaH proceed in both directions along Piccadilly Street, between Prince Street and Queen Street. From 1.00 a.m. on Monday, 22nd February, 1993 to midnight on Tuesday, 23rd February, 1993, taxis shaH operate as follows: (a) taxis assigned to taxi stands on and in the vicinity of Independence Squa:re North, between Chacon Street and Traffic Restriction (Temporary Provisions) (Carnival) Order, 1993 213 Cipriani Circle, shaH operate from the eastern side of Broadway, between Independence Square South and South Quay, entering and leaving by way of South Quay; (b) taxis assigned to taxi stands on Independence Square North, between St. Vincent Street and Abercromby Street, shall operate from the western side of Broadway, between Independence Square South and South Quay; (c) taxis assigned to taxi stands on Independence Square other than those referred to in subparagraphs (a) and (b) shaH operate from the northern side of South Quay, between St. Vincent Street and Chacon Street. CARNIVAL MONDAY AND TUESDAY 8. (1) On Monday, 22nd February, 1993, from 1.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Parking and on Tuesday, 23rd February, 1993, from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. prohid"bited- roa s parking is prohibited on the :roads specified in subparagraph (2), and all closed roads lying in and within the specified roads. Two-way traffic 11. (1) During the times and on the dates shown in paragraph 8(1), vehicular traffic shall proceed in both directions along Piccadilly Street, between Prince Street and Queen Street. (2) Notwithstanding any enactment to the contrary, from 6.00 a.m. on Monday, 22nd February, 1993 to 6.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24th February, 1993, vehicular traffic may proceed in both directions around the Queen's Park Savannah between Cadiz Road and Maraval Road by way of Circular Road.
