The Tigers have played their last three games against nationally ranked squads and are now 1-5 in the Friday: ECAC. Saturday Sophomore Ben Halford has seen limited action, just over 11 minutes and stopped six of seven shots. The Black Bears most recently swept Vermont 3-2 and 4-1 last weekend. Four players sit atop the scoring column with six points, including senior Will Merchant and juniors Cam Brown, Blaine Byron (PIT) and Dan Renouf. Merchant has a team-high four goals while the three others have two goals and four assists apiece. Freshman Rob McGovern has played the majority of minutes, 440 and has a .922 save percentage and a 2.45 GAA. Junior Matt Morris has played in 330 minutes with a .932 save percentage and a 2.55 GAA. GOING BACK Princeton defeated Maine 3-1, in the consolation game of the Capital City Classic at the Sun National Schedule and Results Bank Center on Halloween afternoon. Senior Kyle Rankin gave Princeton a 1-0 lead and sophomore defender Joe Grabowski expanded Capital City Classic it to 2-0 early in the second.
