PROMENADE CONCERT ORCHESTRA – MUSIC FROM THE PALM COURT The essence of light music comes from the early nineteenth century until the 1960s, when live music could be heard everywhere; in cafes and concert halls, spas and watering places, dance halls and piers. This concert programme will be another celebration of this historic and well-loved music and will feature some rarely heard works by Elgar and Haydn Wood and a surprise item too. REXTASY T.Rextasy have been performing around the world for over 20 years, a career that ironically out lives Marc Bolan’s very own T.Rex. PROMENADE CONCERT ORCHESTRA – HOUSEWIVES’ CHOICE As was the case with the radio programme, requests will be made by regular PCO concert audience members for the PCO to perform as it celebrates the famous and popular radio programme, Housewives’ Choice, with an exciting programme of evocative music covering a wide repertoire. During that time the band that launched British folk-rock has seen many changes. But one thing has remained the same - Fairport’s passion for performance. The band have won a BBC Lifetime Achievement Award and Radio 2 listeners voted their ground-breaking album Liege & Lief ‘The Most Influential Folk Album of All Time’.

THEATRE ROTTO PRESENTS: LEAPING FROG Theatre Rotto brings us a new puppet adventure following the journey of Goggles, a jaunty wood frog, who leaps unsuspecting from Little Pond into BIG Pond! HATS OFF TO The international sensation Hats Off to Led Zeppelin return. THE RAYMOND FROGGATT SHOW Raymond Froggatt first formed his band in Birmingham in 1964, surrounded by talented friends including the likes of ’s and as well as the Electric Light Orchestra’s Jeff Lynne and among others. Raymond continues to write and tour around the world with his band performing songs spanning a 54 year career.

JOHNNY GUITAR WILLIAMSON Creedence Clearwater Revived, featuring Johnnie ‘Guitar’ Williamson, have been touring the globe for decades performing John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival songs. This is a rare chance to see a classic British band perform their interpretation of a classic American set. The band will also add all the other classic CCR songs to the set list making it an amazing two hour show.

BOOTLEG BLONDIE The only Blondie tribute to play the legendary CBGB in New York. Not only have they had the honour to be thanked on Blondie’s 11th album ‘Pollinator’ but have actually played not one but two tours with Blondie’s legendary drummer Clem Burke.
