SINHA to raise a discussion on the reported scams in some Public Sector Banks and failure of the banking regulators to check them. ———— STATUTORY RESOLUTION SHRI ARUN JAITLEY to move the following Resolution:- "In pursuance of section 8A(1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, read with sub-section (3) of section 7 of the said Act, this House hereby approves of Notification No.36/2018-Customs, dated 2nd April, 2018 which seeks in increase the basic customs duty (BCD) on populated, loaded or stuffed printed circuit boards, falling under tariff item 8517 70 10, of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 from Nil to 10%." ———— # At 12 Noon. 213 LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS Bills for consideration and passing 1. DR. JITENDRA SINGH to move that the Bill further to amend The Prevention of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, as reported by the Select Committee, be Corruption taken into consideration. (Amendment) Bill, 2013. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. 2. SHRI NITIN JAIRAM GADKARI to move that the Bill further to The Motor Vehicles amend the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, as passed by Lok Sabha and as reported by (Amendment) Bill, the Select Committee of Rajya Sabha, be taken into consideration. 2017. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. 3. SHRI ARUN JAITLEY to move that the Bill to repeal the State The State Banks Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, the State Bank of Hyderabad Act, (Repeal and 1956 and further to amend the State Bank of India Act, 1955, as passed by Amendment) Bill, Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration. 2017. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. ———— DISCUSSION ON THE WORKING OF THE MINISTRY OF DRINKING WATER AND SANITATION SHRI A.
