ALYSON CRAFTON has a B.S degree in psychology and an MBA in , both from the University of Oregon. She has almost 20 years of experience in a variety of supply chain roles at Intel Corp. She is currently the general manager of Intel Information Technology’s Cross Enterprise Services and is responsible for the development and support of all IT systems for finance, , and law and policy, as well as the IT-wide team for user experience and excellence. Alyson is also the executive sponsor of Intel’s Women at Intel Network for the Oregon locations.

DOUG KEMPER is director of International Banking Services of Washington Trust Bank. president and CEO of the Export Finance Assistance Center of Washington. He has many years of commercial banking and finance experience with regional and community banks based in Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles including Rainier/ Security Pacific Bank, KeyBank, Washington Mutual Bank and Commerce Bank of Washington. He commenced his financial services career as a U.S. Treasury Department/OCC ational bank examiner based in Seattle and London. He has served on the of several and educational including as chairman of the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle and the World Trade Center Tacoma. Doug is a graduate of Oregon State University (’69) with a B.S. degree in international business and the Pacific Coast Banking School.

DAVID KRATOCHVIL is the managing director of Quandary Business Solutions, an operations, logistics and acquisition consulting business, and a consultant for ChinaWest LLC, a business and operations facilitations advisory group. Previously David was a partner in The Burdick Group, focused on acquisitions, nutrition and potential start up (PreventSource), and he was the chief logistics officer and senior vice president of supply operations for Herbalife International, a global multibillion dollar nutrition and personal care . Prior positons include: executive vice president of distribution for Tenneco; vice president and general manager of logistics for DHL; CEO and vice president of Eden Forwarding; vice president of Danzas International. David managed the Cargo Division of United Airlines,during deregulation. He served on the board or has been a board advisor of various supply and nutrition businesses, and he was named one of the top 20 Logistics Professionals in the United States by CLO Magazine. He studied at Oregon State University and the University of Portland and completed the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing at Syracuse University. DIANNE LANCASTER, MBA, JD, has served as the Oregon Chief Officer since 2001. Her experience in public procurement and contracting ranges over 30 years in state and local government positions. Dianne is an adjunct faculty member at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, and teaches procurement and supply-chain management courses there. She is Oregon’s representative to the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA). She is a member of the NASPO Board of Directors, the NASPO liaison to the American Bar Association and the vice-chair of the NASPO Professional Development Committee.

BRETT MILLER, C.P.M., is director of Sourcing Execution at Nike, Inc., in Beaverton, Ore. He directs a global team that helps execute sourcing and procurement projects on behalf of Nike’s Global Procurement organization. Prior to joining Nike in 2010, Brett worked at Microsoft Corp. in both the Global Procurement Group and Entertainment & Devices organizations. Before working at Microsoft, Brett spent ten years at AT&T Wireless in Redmond, Wash., holding several positions in their Supply Management organization. Brett’s involvement in supply organizations includes being a member of the Northwest Supply Management Association and the Sourcing & Vendor Management Council at Forrester Research. Brett is a graduate of Oregon State University with a B.A. in international business and marketing. Brett also holds an MBA in from the University of Washington. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) with the Institute for Supply Management.

RODOLFO DE OLIVEIRA (OSU MBA, 2014) has a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. He worked as quality assurance engineer and quality incident leader at Procter & Gamble (Brazil) and as engineer II, QA/QC, at Life Technologies in Oregon. Rodolfo is currently a process quality engineer at Yogi Tea, Ore., with key responsibility inthe company’s supplier . His role includes the design and implementation of a supplier program composed of tools, periodic site audits and performance reporting. Global Business Analysis Group Advisory Board

JEFF ROSS (University of Louisville MBA, 2002; OSU B.S./B.A., 1989) is the global procurement director for supply chain at Nike, Inc. He manages a global team that is responsible for all sourcing activities in the areas of 3PL/warehousing, inbound transportation, small package/courier and outbound transportation. Prior to joining Nike in 2007, Jeff worked at IKEA, based in Singapore. At IKEA he was accountable for all logistics for the Asia Pacific region as well as IKEA’s global ocean transportation sourcing. Before IKEA, Jeff was the GM C&N China for Sealand Logistics, GM C China for BAX Global and had a variety of management roles at Evergreen Aviation based in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Jeff started his career at Evergreen Aircraft Sales & Leasing as a financial analyst. Jeff has extensive knowledge in the logistics, transportation and sourcing industries spanning more than 25 years.

WALTER WEYLER (Harvard University MBA, 1963; Michigan State BSEE, 1961) is the chairman of the Oregon Symphony and a member of the OMSI Board of Trustees. He was the owner and president of Kinetics, Inc. (1995-2005) and the president and of Graco Inc. (1985-1993). Before that he served as manager and vice president at various divisions of General Electric, manufacturing manager at the ITT Semiconductor Division and marketing manager at Texas Instrument. Walter has broad experience in the electronics industry, contract manufacturing and global operations.
