H1N1 Flu Shot Clinic Schedule Public Health is offering public H1N1 vaccination clinics beginning November 2 which will operate for approximately six weeks. H1N1 shots are also available through some physicians’ offices. Check with your doctor or community health clinic.

The hours for the first two weeks are:

Monday, November 2 – Friday, November 6 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, November 10 – Friday, November 13 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 14 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

East - Lower Level 850 Coxwell Avenue Civic Centre - Members Lounge 5100 North Toronto Memorial Community Centre 200 Eglinton Avenue West

Etobicoke Civic Centre - Committee rooms 1, 2, 3 399 The West Mall

Masaryk-Cowan Community Recreation Centre 220 Cowan Avenue

Scarborough Civic Centre - Rotunda 150 Borough Drive

All locations are wheelchair accessible and located near public transit. Parking may be limited.

Information about the H1N1 flu virus will be available at all the clinics, and nurses will be on hand to answer questions about the vaccine. Please note: Hours may be expanded if demand is high. Call 311 or visit www.toronto.ca/health for current schedule information.

You cannot get the H1N1 shot if you have a fever or are ill. Please wait until you are feeling better.
