Warehouse Coordinator

To support the efficient operation of the Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm, by contributing to an economically sound and safe operation of the plant with a focus on HSE and production-driven maintenance. Furthermore contribute to Statkraft’s acquisition of relevant skills for plant operation and maintenance in offshore wind.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

As a warehouse coordinator you will be part of a warehouse team and be responsible for organising and manifesting all spare parts, cargo and waste on site.

 Manage existing stock, replenish supplies and order spares when required  Conduct inventory inspections and stock checks  Seek continuous improvement  Manifest cargo  Waste management  Analysing performance reports and making recommendations for improvements.  Ensuring a proactive approach to Health & Safety via risk assessment and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies and requirements  Ensure safety is the guiding factor in the planning and execution of all tasks, and champion HSE processes and initiatives  Contribute to the achievement of agreed site Key Performance Indicators  Work with the planning, marine coordination and HSE teams as necessary to ensure seamless operations  Help ensure that any discrepancies are reported and suggestions for corrective action and suggestions for improvements

Your profile

 Experience of a warehouse environment, including personnel and stock  IT literate, Microsoft Office skills are essential and SAP experience is desired  Experience of producing equipment manifests and lists ready for delivery and collection  Good team ethic, encouraging and respecting the contribution of others and volunteering information and ideas  Able to work under pressure  A proactive approach to Health and Safety  The ability to represent the Company to the highest standards

The 7.5 hours day pattern will move with the tide, with the earliest start being 04:30 and the latest finish being 18:00.
