O R D E R

1. Sri P. Ravinder Reddy, Warangal Urban District, Telangana State has filed a Complaint dated 15- 06-2017 which was received by this Commission on 21-06-2017 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO /O/o The Superintendent of Police(Admn), Adilabad, Adilabad District-504 001

2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 02-05-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application. 3. The Public Information Officer has not furnished the information to the Complainant.

4. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 24- 5-2018.

On 24-5-2018 the case is called. The complainant is absent. TheAsst.Public Information Officer & Administrative Officer, O/o the SP, Adilabad is present.

The Asst. Public Information Officer submitted that the sought information was furnished to the complainant through letter dated 11.07.2017. He further submitted that the information in the same matter was already furnished to the applicant earlier as per the directions of the then CIC in Complaint No.4716/2017 dated 13.04.2017. The Asst. Public Information Officer also submitted that the grievance of the complainant with regard to pay fixation has since been resolved and he received all the benefits and replies were given to him against all his complaints filed from time to time. Moreover the pay of the applicant has been revised and modified which has been accepted by him and his LPC also is revised.

Since information is furnished, the complaint is closed.
