The Bonds are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's (the "London Stock Exchange") Main Market ("Main Market") and admitted to the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "Official List") on or about the Issue Date. The Main Market is a UK regulated market for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 600/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the "EUWA") ("UK MiFIR"). This Prospectus has been approved as a prospectus by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), as the competent authority in the United Kingdom pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the EUWA (the "UK Prospectus Regulation").
