Ledger Restaurant & Bar, located in the former Salem Savings Bank building (circa 1818), is pleased to be a part of the downtown Salem community. This historically unique location houses a progressive New England concept, where traditional 19th-century dishes, cocktails, and techniques will be elevated with 21st-century resources. Ledger is also home to the 800 square foot Macomber Room, a private dining room. The Macomber Room is a former public assembly space that was home to numerous meetings. Ledger continues the private dining room’s role as a place to gather, celebrate, and unite. It has become home to weddings, showers, birthday celebrations, and conferences. The Macomber Room has a seated capacity of 65 guests and a standing capacity of 95 guests. With reception, family style, plated dinner menus available. Luxuries the Macomber Private Dining Room has to offer are a private bar, a 65-inch SmartTV, private lighting, Sonos sound systems, and beautiful 8-foot windows. Ledger has additional options for semi- private events that are surrounded by original teller windows & safety deposit boxes and include large communal tables as well as an intimate Chef’s table.
