Re: Repurchase Notice
The Issuer hereby gives notice of the exercise of its call option pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes as supplemented by the Final Terms dated 11 October 2013.
The Issuer wishes to announce that the Notes will be redeemed early on 15 July 2020 in accordance with their terms. Further details of such redemption are set out in the copy of the notice to noteholders attached at the Appendix hereto.
The Issuer also wishes to announce that it has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin (“Euronext Dublin”) to delist the Notes from the Official List and from trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. Euronext Dublin has agreed that the Notes be delisted with effect from 15 July 2020.

Issuer Call Option Exercise Notice
CRH Finland Services Oyj (the “Issuer”) hereby gives notice to the holders of its:
€750,000,000 2.75 per cent. Notes due 15 October 2020 guaranteed by CRH plc under the €5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (ISIN: XS0981442931) (the “Notes”) of the exercise of its call option (the “Issuer Call Option”) pursuant to Condition 6.2 of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Conditions”), as supplemented by the Final Terms dated 11 October 2013 (the “Final Terms”).
The Issuer shall redeem all outstanding Notes pursuant to such Issuer Call Option on 15 July 2020 (the “Redemption Date”) at the Optional Redemption Amount set out in the Final Terms.
Unless otherwise defined herein, defined terms used have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
