SAMPLE ITINERARY SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PERFORMANCE TOUR (itinerary subject to change)

DAY ONE: LOS ANGELES ARRIVAL (D) Afternoon Arrive into the Los Angeles area! Collect your luggage, meet your Tour Manager and load the coach.

The allure of Los Angeles is undeniable. Angelenos know L.A. will never have the sophisticated style of Paris or the historical riches of Rome, but they lay claim to the most entertaining city in the United States, if not the world. It really is warm and sunny most days of the year, movie stars actually do live and dine among regular folk, and you can't swing a Smartphone without hitting an in- line skater at the beach.

Transfer/check-in to a local Anaheim area hotel. Evening Enjoy a Welcome Dinner as a group at a local restaurant. Following dinner, attend a Broadway-style performance at the Segerstrom Center or a symphony concert Walt Disney Concert Hall (TBC – subject to concert schedule). Return to the hotel.

DAY TWO: LOS ANGELES / ANAHEIM (B,D w/hosts) – Performance #1 Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel.

After breakfast, load the coach and depart on a Guided Sightseeing Tour of Los Angeles, possibly including Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and downtown Los Angeles (time permitting). Afternoon Lunch on your own en route, possibly along the famous ‘Walk of Fame’ in Hollywood. Following lunch, transfer to Sony Picture Studios to enjoy a guided tour.

This walking tour gives you a rare glimpse of old Hollywood’s glory days. Movies such as “Wizard of Oz”, “Men In Black”, and “Spiderman” were filmed in this lot!

Load the coach and transfer to a Los Angeles area high school (TBC or similar). Arrive, setup and rehearse in this evening’s venue. Evening Dinner as a group at a nearby restaurant or at the local high school (TBC). Performance at a local high school (TBC). This concert will likely be shared with a local ensemble. Following the concert, pack up and return to the hotel. DAY THREE: LOS ANGELES / ANAHEIM (B) – Soundtrack Session Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Depart for Disneyland, the happiest place on earth! Upon arrival, you will be ushered through the backlot area of Disneyland to prepare for your workshop. Enjoy a Soundtrack Session workshop (ensemble must be 30 musicians minimum to be eligible for a Soundtrack Session workshop).

Each workshop explores the way music has been used by Disney to enhance its films and the experience of Disney as a whole.

The rest of the afternoon is free in Disneyland and California Adventure with your 2-Day Disney Park Hopper Pass. Afternoon Lunch on own at Disneyland. Evening Dinner on your own and free time at Disneyland Resort. Meet at designated location and walk back to the hotel.

DAY FOUR: LOS ANGELES / ANAHEIM (B,D) – Workshop & Performance #2 Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Load coach and depart for a local area university (TBC – such as the University of Southern California, University of California Los Angeles, etc.) Enjoy a workshop with a member of the music faculty at a Los Angeles area university (TBC). Following the workshop, transfer to Santa Monica. Afternoon Lunch on your own in Santa Monica followed by free time to enjoy the Santa Monica Pier and shopping along Third Street Promenade.

One of the last of Southern California's vintage seaside piers, the Santa Monica Pier evokes the area's 19th-century seaside resort days, long before Los Angeles became La-La Land. Built in 1908 for passenger and cargo ships, the wooden wharf is now home to seafood restaurants and snack shacks, a touristy Mexican cantina, and a gaily colored turn-of-the-

20th-century indoor wooden carousel.

DAY FIVE: LOS ANGELES / ANAHEIM (B,D) – Performance #3 Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Load coach (in performance attire) and depart for Disneyland! Enjoy a performance at Disneyland or California Adventure for the park guests (audition required – time TBC). Performance may be scheduled on either day while at the park. Load the coach and return to the hotel to change out of performance attire. The rest of the day is free to enjoy Disneyland and California Adventure with your 2-Day Disney Park Hopper Pass which includes unlimited admission to both parks. Afternoon Lunch on own at the park. Evening Farewell Dinner as a group in Downtown Disney. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy the fireworks display in Disneyland or the World of Color in California Adventure. Return to the hotel on foot at your leisure.

DAY SIX: LOS ANGELES DEPARTURE (B) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Check-out of the hotel and transfer to a Los Angeles area Airport. Arrive at a Los Angeles area Airport and check-in for your flights. Afternoon Depart Los Angeles.
