His Installation Mass will take place at St. George’s Cathedral on Thursday 25th July at mid-day. Please keep him in your prayers asking for God’s guidance as he prepares to take on his new responsibilities. First Holy Communion Today our 10am Mass will be the Thanksgiving Celebration Mass for the twelve children who celebrated their First Holy Communion yesterday. Afterwards there will be a reception in the hall to which all parishioners are welcome. We thank the parents of these children for living up to the promises they made at Baptism. We also thank our catechists, Louisa Nkohkwo, Karen Clancy and Aurea Coloma for all the time they have given in preparing the children and their parents for this special day. We offer our prayers and best wishes to them all. Confirmation 2019 Bishop Paul will be administering the Sacrament of Confirmation on Sunday 27th October at the 6pm Mass. There will be a preliminary meeting of Parents and Candidates immediately after the 10am Mass on Sunday 30th June for registering on the Programme. Church Grounds Tidy-Up We are looking for Volunteers to help with Tidying-Up the Church Grounds on Saturday 29th June at 10am. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Light refreshments will be provided. Thank You, Fr. Stephen. Hook Singers Summer Concert You are cordially invited to our Summer Concert on Saturday 29 June 2019 at 3pm in the Methodist Church Hall Chessington. The programme will consist of popular songs by Lloyd Webber, Gershwin, Bernstein, Sherman, Lionel Bart, Schoenberg and more. There will be refreshments and a raffle.
