Haddenham Community Junior School is a Day School for Boys and Girls from 7 - 11 Years.

The catchment area normally served by the School includes Haddenham, Cuddington, , Nether Winchendon, Scotsgrove, and . The Admission Number is 82.

The School's admission number in Year 3 is 82.

The Governors are prepared to admit all children without favour or prejudice regardless of their special needs, religion or ethnic origin.

Should the number of children requesting entry to the School in any year group be likely to exceed the above numbers the Governors will decide the admissions according to the following criteria in order:-

1. Children in Public Care 2. Children with Special Educational Needs 3. Children living within the Haddenham Community Junior School reserved area, shown on the map. 4. Children with close family ties with the School. 5. Children living closest to the School.

Should a child be unsuccessful then the parents may appeal to the Chief Education Officer, and details of how to do this will be made available to the parents by letter at the time.

Parents who are considering sending their Child to the School may request an appointment at any time to see the Headteacher or to arrange a visit. During the Summer Term, arrangements are made for intending pupils to spend some part of the school day in the School. Time is put aside for their Parents to see around the School, and for routines to be explained.
