You requested: All records concerning FOIA request logs maintained by the Department of Energy from April 1 to April 30, 2021. Your request was assigned to Department of Energy's Office of Public Information (MA- 46) to conduct searches of its files for responsive documents. MA-46 conducted a search and identified one (1) document responsive to your request. Upon review, DOE has determined the responsive document should be released in its entirety. The adequacy of the search may be appealed within 90 calendar days from your receipt of this letter pursuant 10 C.F.R. § 1004.8.
