Warsaw/Vienna, 19 December 2018 STRABAG PFS Austria GmbH yesterday, Tuesday, signed the agreement for the acquisition SHARE: of 100 % of the shares of Caverion Polska Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw, a 100 % Polish specialist in the field of technical facility management (TFM). The previous owner, Finland’s Caverion Oyj, has chosen to withdraw SEGMENT: from this market. International + Special Divisions Caverion Polska, founded in 1993, has about 170 employees and in Contact 2017 generated an output volume of around PLN 50 million (~ € 12 million). The FM market in Poland is expected to grow by an average of 7 % a year over the next few years, well over the forecasts for saturated markets.
