    Commune de Courdimanche Plan Local d’Urbanisme Modification et Révision simplifiée Rapport de présentation INTRODUCTION JUSTIFICATION DE L’ELABORATION DU PLU Le territoire communal était couvert par trois documents d’urbanisme : - le plan d'occupation des sols (POS) approuvé le 8 juin 1995, portant essentiellement sur le village et sur les espaces agricoles qui l'entourent ; - le plan d'aménagement de zone (PAZ) de la ZAC Sainte Apolline, approuvé le 27 juillet 1993, correspondant aux secteurs d'urbanisation récente et à l'ancien parc de loisirs Mirapolis, - le plan d’aménagement de zone de la ZAC du Moulin à Vent, approuvé le 3 décembre 1986, en bordure du boulevard du Golf. Ces trois documents excluaient une part importante du territoire encore soumise au régime du règlement national d'urbanisme (RNU). La loi du 13 décembre 2000 relative à la solidarité et au renouvellement urbains impose l'élaboration sans délais d'un plan local d'urbanisme (PLU) pour les communes dont la totalité du territoire n'est pas couverte par des documents d'urbanisme (POS ou PAZ). La commune de Courdimanche, dont une partie du territoire est soumise aux dispositions du règlement national d'urbanisme, a donc prescrit l’élaboration de son PLU par délibération du conseil municipal du 28 juin 2001.
