AUSTRIA

Austria did not take any action under the Austrian Anti-Dumping Law during the period 1 July 1974-30 .

CZECHOSLOVAKIA

In 1974- and in the first half of 1975 there were no cases in Czechoslovakia in which anti-dumping duties have been assessed definitively. In the same period there were no changes in Czechoslovak anti-dumping laws and regulations and in the administration of such laws and regulations. COM»AD/35/Add,î Page 2

GREECE

In accordance with Article Ï6 of the anti-Dumping Agreement, I have the honour to forward to you herewith the annual report covering the period 1 July 1974-30 June 1975.

(e Cast-iron valves imported from Poland.

(f Electric dry cells imported from .

(g Iron for reinforced concrete and steel sheets imported from ECSC countries, United Kingdom, Spain, Japan and State-trading countries,

(h Spare parts for pipes and fittings from Japan and Poland.

(i Daeus Bait from Israel.

(a) Cases where the proceedings were initiated before 1 July 1974s nine, i.e. cases reported under sub-headings (a)-(i) in section I above.

Note; As regards the cases reported in the above-mentioned sub-headings, the investigations are virtually closed because of the fact that the interested parties have not submitted the necessary documents for final decisions to be taken. COM.AD/35/A.dd.l Page 3

- Lavan-type plywood from the Far East

- Reconstituted wood panels from Bulgaria

- Tinned sardines from Morocco.

I have now been informed by the authorities in Malta that there is nothing to report on the matter.

Wo anti-dumping action was taken by Yugoslavia during the period 1 July 1974-30 June 1975.
