FIXING AND DELINEATING BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DISTRICTS AND PROVIDING FOR THE NUMBERING OF THE DISTRICTS ALL OF WHICH ARE IN MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA boundaries of WHEREAS it is necessary and required by law to change the present County of Article 8 Subsection Commissioners Districts in Monroe County Florida as per the requirements 124 now therefore l e of the Constitution of the State of Florida and Florida Statutes Chapter COUNTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE be established FLORIDA that the County Commissioners Districts in Monroe County Florida shall hereinafter as follows and shall be designated numerically as is stated of Section 1 District No 3 of the Monroe County Commission shall comprise a portion of the City described as follows Key West and an unincorporated area of Monroe County and shall be more particularly as follows That area within the City of Key West more particularly described Ocean in a Commencing on the centerline of White Street projected into the Atlantic running northerly direction to the point where it intersects with the centerline of Atlantic Boulevard thence running easterly along the centerline of Atlantic Boulevard to a point where it intersects with the centerline of George Street thence running northerly along the centerline Avenue thence of George Street to a point where it intersects with the centerline of Flagler running generally easterly along the centerline of Flagler Avenue to the point where it intersects with the centerline of 14th Street thence running northerly along the centerline of 14th Street projected to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico thence running generally westerly along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico to the point where it intersects with a line     Boaters: Vessel Sewage Restrictions Protect Our Environment Good water quality is essential to a healthy Florida Keys’ marine ecosystem. q Discharging treated or untreated sewage from your boat’s marine head (Marine Sanitation Device [MSD]) into the waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary is prohibited. q To help prevent unintentional discharges of treated or untreated sewage into the marine environment, MSDs must be secured and locked at all times. Acceptable methods for securing MSDs include, but are not limited, to those approved by the U.S. Coast Guard.
