1 JOB AID: Web Conferencing with AT&T Conferencing

Schedule a Meeting You can schedule a WebEx meeting using either Advanced Scheduler or Quick Scheduler. Use Quick Scheduler when you just need basic scheduling options, or need to meet on short notice. Use Advanced Scheduler when you need to set specific meeting options, like registration.

Log in to your organization's WebEx Meeting Center site, go to Host a Meeting > Schedule a Meeting, and fill in the meeting information.

Start a Meeting At the scheduled meeting time, log in to your organization's WebEx Meeting Center site. Go to My WebEx > My , locate your meeting and select Start.

Connect to Audio To connect to audio during a WebEx meeting, you can use your phone or your (with a headset).

Go to and select the way you'd like to connect.

Start Your Video

When you join a meeting, your video is off by default. If you'd like others to see you, select to start your . The button turns blue when your video is on.

Tip: If you don't want people to hear you, select to mute yourself.

Change your mind and don't want to be on video? Select to stop your video for the meeting. The button turns gray when your video is off. Share Content

To share files, such as a PowerPoint presentation, under select More Options > Share File. See the screen print below.

Your sharing option (screen, file or application) is saved for you for the next time you select .

Tip: Go to the Share menu for more sharing options. Record a Meeting Your meetings are important. If your whole team can't be there, or if you want to remember what was said, record your meeting to share later. The recording includes the audio, video and presentation.

While in your meeting, select to record immediately. You and your participants will see a red icon when recording is in progress.

When the meeting ends, you’ll receive an with the recording link.

Your recording typically arrives soon after the meeting, but it might take awhile, depending on recording size, site bandwidth and other factors.
