If selected to work at a LHC camp I will provide evidence of an up-to-date physical examination. If not already registered, I will register with the Boy Scouts of America if I am selected to work at a LHC summer camp.

I understand that staff members are required to attend and participate in all staff training throughout the year. I know of no reason that would limit full participation in any training or promotional activities during the year.

I understand that I am applying for the full summer term and I understand that there are no regular “day off” during the employment period. If any time off is given, I understand that I will be required to report back at the time designated by the Camp Director.

I understand and acknowledge that tobacco products are NOT ALLOWED at Longhorn Council camps, and that there are no designated smoking areas for adults/staff (including smokeless tobacco).
