MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING & LICENSING COMMITTEE OF TOWN COUNCIL HELD IN THE TOWN HALL, 5 CHURCH STREET, AYLESBURY ON MONDAY 12th AUGUST 2019 AT 7.00 p.m.

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7.00pm 1 APOLOGIES Apologies were received, and accepted from Cllr Hunter Watts (Work Commitment), Cllr Moore (Prior Commitment), Cllr White (Work Commitment)

RESOLVED: To receive and accept the reasons of absence.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Cllr Bateman declared an interest in application 19/02817/APP 47 Fuggle Drive.

3. MINUTES RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 29th July 2019 be accepted as a true record and signed by the Chairman.
