There was a great discussion on the mission statement and how we spend money and focus our fundraising. Exec Board will meet and discuss the feedback. We will be adding to our mission statement and may be tweaking how we fundraise, maybe no benefit every year. • Update on JSSPVA 2019-2020 Slate- Meredith will send out a doc regarding proposed slate. There are 3 small shifts in our organization. We will pull down the Sears Cafe roll to a sub committee and pull up room the room parent role. We also created a VP role of Community Liaison and its worked well. The VP of Green Initiatives will become a strategy person and they can attend all meetings with the kids and teachers. This is elevating the Green Initiatives Role. We’ll have a total of 3 VP’s on the Exec Board. • Special Programming –The Eric Tivers program was very well attended. A flyer is going into student backpacks to advertise the event and we want to have room moms send a communication email. Also a communication will go out through the Girl Scouts. The event is on 3/4 from 6-730. We’ll also put a banner up to advertise. VII. Community Liaison Report: School Board Update- School Board Meeting took place last night. • Food vendor for the train station has been selected. The successful applicant is Chick Evans who is the restaurateur who is opening a full service restaurant on Green Bay. Potential opening date will be communicated in the new future.

• The Village Board has begun more in-depth discussions about the future of the water plant. A Committee of the Whole meeting/workshop was held last week to review the parameters (what’s preferred and what is unacceptable) for the site. There will be additional workshops in future months.
