The European Championship is ready to kick off

The new season of the Enduro Euro - pean Championship is ready to kick off in two weeks, on 29/30 of April in Portugal. In Gouveia a challenging area is waiting for the riders, right at the border of the Serra da Estrela Na - tural Park. The local motoclub is busy in prepa - ring everything: the special cross-test and enduro-test are all within wal - king distance from the paddock. Around on the track there are some more spectacular places. The start of the three rounds, each of 55 km, will be at 9:00 am, and the ar - rival is expected at 3:00 pm. The event in Portugal will be the first of four competitions in the fight for the crown of European Enduro: the next round will be held in Estonia, on 8-9 July, where in Paikuse the European Championship already took place in 2012. On 5-6 August the third round will be held in Burg, in the centre of Germany, and the final event will be held from 13 to 15 October at Gelnica, in the East of Slovakia, on the tracks of the Six Days which was held there in 2015.
