BRAD ZIMMERMAN STAR OF THE OFF-BROADWAY HIT MY SON THE WAITER A JEWISH TRAGEDY Friday, November 8th at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents Actor and comedian, Brad Zimmerman waited tables for twenty-nine years while pursing his dream of comedic acting. Never giving up, he eventually opened for such icons as Joan Rivers, George Carlin and Billy Crystal. Finally realizing his dream, he created the off-Broadway hit show, My Son The Waiter, A Jewish Tragedy. In this performance, he shares some of the hilarious and inspiring parts of his show that The Huffington Post called “Delicious!” and “Great Comedy”. Opening for Brad is big band swing singer, Jimmy Barkan. Jimmy has performed to standing ovations all over the country including Las Vegas, Nashville and the Catskill Mountains. NOVEMBER ERIC KEARNS VOICES OF LEGENDS LOVE SONGS Friday, November 15th at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents When Eric started singing at age six, he tried to sound exactly like the voices he heard over his radio and that’s how his Voices of Legends show began. Amazingly talented, Eric re-creates the sounds of one famous singer after another, singing their greatest hits in a stunning vocal transformation that has audiences not believing their ears. His repertoire consists of more than one hundred legendary singers such as Neil Diamond, Elvis, Sinatra, Tom Jones, Louis Armstrong, Johnny Mathis, Chubby Checker and even Cher! Opening for Eric is comedian John Carfi. John’s comedy is clean, funny and highly original. He has headlined in comedy clubs, country clubs and casinos around the country. THE MOTOWNERS Friday, November 22nd at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents Take a walk down memory lane with The Motowners. In this fantastic tribute to the many artists and fabulous songs that made-up the Motown years, these talented performers reproduce some of the best hits from such great groups as The Temptations, The Four Tops and The Supremes. The Motowners have toured all over the country exciting audiences with their talent. So, ‘get ready’ for an amazing evening of great entertainment! DECEMBER RICK STARR AND SHELLEY KEELOR Friday, December 6th at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents With a love of entertaining and making people laugh, Rick Starr’s warmth and charisma have charmed audiences across the country. His clean, topical and original humor has them laughing even before he reaches the ‘punch line’. Rick has appeared in casinos all over the country as well as performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Shelley Keelor is an international entertainer, actress and singer who has soloed in a dozen countries around the world. With a wonderful voice and acting skills, her credits include such shows as The Music Man, Kiss Me Kate and The Fantastiks. She has toured with symphony orchestras and has performed her one-woman show all over South Florida. LATRAIA SAVAGE A TRIBUTE TO WHITNEY AND DONNA Friday, December 13th at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents She’s explosive, alluring and electrifying. Vocalist LaTraia Savage lights up the stage with her tribute to both Whitney Houston and Donna Summer. She is also a theatrical performer who appeared in the off-Broadway production of The Me Nobody Knows for two years. She headlined tours entertaining our troops in several countries and even sang the National Anthem at a New York Yankees game! She is a magnificent entertainer, spreading her fiery performances from Texas to Florida. DECEMBER BOBBY BROOKS WILSON Friday, December 20th at 8:00 pm $14.00 Residents • $20.00 Non-Residents The son of legendary R&B/soul singer Jackie Wilson, Bobby continues his legacy with the same amazing talent as his biological father. Bobby is a global entertainer having performed in casinos, clubs and on cruise ships around the world. He is a three-time Grammy Balloted Artist and has had four top ten hits on the adult charts. Once you see him and his band perform, you will agree with the fans who have named him, ‘Mr. Entertainment’. JANUARY CELEBRATE A TRIBUTE TO THE GREAT VOCAL BANDS OF THE ’60s & ’70s Sunday, January 5th at 8:00 pm $16.00 Residents • $22.00 Non-Residents Come celebrate as this live band performs a high-energy vocal barrage that is the ultimate tribute to the great bands of the ‘60s and ‘70s. This group of highly polished professionals recreates hit after hit spotlighting some of the greatest songs of our time. They will take you on a musical journey featuring hits from such well-known groups as Three Dog Night, The Doobie Brothers, Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Mamas & The Papas and The Beatles. JANUARY RITA RUDNER Friday, January 10th at 7:00 pm $22.00 Residents • $28.00 Non-Residents One of the country’s top comedians and a New York Times best-selling author, Rita is best known for her clever, satirical one-liners. In the course of a ten-year run at The Venetian in Las Vegas, she sold over one million tickets and became the longest-running solo show in Las Vegas history while also being named Comedian Of The Year for nine years in a row. Her career has taken her to HBO specials as well as appearances at Carnegie Hall in New York City and venues around the country. She is also the author of several best-selling non-fiction books with such hilarious titles as Naked Beneath My Clothes. Opening for Rita is singer/songwriter Vanessa LeGrand. A beautiful, accomplished singer, Vanessa’s repertoire includes a variety of pop, rock and jazz. UPTOWN Sunday, January 12th at 8:00 pm $20.00 Residents • $26.00 Non-Residents Hop onto the ‘A’ train express in New York City with these three remarkable performers as they take you on a memory-laden ride Uptown where soul music was the star. Performing old school melodies with a fresh new look, this trio’s superb showmanship and soulful choreography will have you singing along to tunes from such notable performers as Marvin Gaye and Bruno Mars. They will take you on an exciting trip of the greatest music of our time with a passionate, heart-pumping mix taken from rock ‘n’ roll’s great American Songbook of doo wop and golden ‘oldies’ and right through to today’s current hit-makers. Singer Debbie Taylor has a vocal resemblance to Karen Carpenter that is astonishing, capturing the warm tones and contralto range that made Karen’s voice so unique. The seven-piece band is made up of top-notch professional musicians who perfectly reproduce Richard Carpenters complex arrangements. Their performance, including a fascinating multi-media slide show, will have you singing along to such Carpenter favorites as Close To You, We’ve Only Just Begun, Please Mr. Postman, Rainy Days and Mondays and much more. In fact, the words ‘cuchi-cuchi’ are a trademark for this multi-talented, master performer. She is a musician, singer, comedian, stage and screen performer and a proponent of contemporary Latin music and her performances have become synonymous with fun and excitement. Twice- voted Best Classical Flamenco Guitarist in the World and winner of the Screen Actors Guild Award, her show, A Musical Sensation at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, played to sold-out audiences. Opening for Charo is the talented and versatile comedian, Dennis Blair. Dennis combines music with his stand-up and topical observational humor.
