FACTSHEET UNIVERSITY OF ONLINE EXCHANGE INITIATIVE

The online exchange is a joint initiative of LUISS University, NHH Norwegian School of , , Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, University of Mannheim, University of National and World Economy, and WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. Students from the mentioned partner universities have the possibility to apply for online courses offered at other partner institutions subject to the details and conditions listed below. Please note that the conditions for application and admission differ from one institution to another depending on the local regulations.

Minimum/maximum Students from partner universities interested in taking courses at the University credits & workload of Mannheim can be enrolled in a maximum of 3 courses listed above.

Please include the subject matter: “Application to Online Exchange Initiative Spring 2021” Application requirements:  Bachelor’s level: enrollment in a bachelor’s program at a partner university; minimum of one year of full time studies completed (60 ECTS-Credits).  Master’s level: enrollment in a master’s program at a partner university Application documents:  Confirmation of enrollment by the home university  Transcript of records  Motivation Letter (maximum of one page) including courses you would like to attend The selection will be based on an evaluation of the applicant’s overall academic performance (transcript of records) and the motivation letter. The University of Mannheim will notify its partner universities about the selected students. Partner universities have to confirm their students admission to the University of Mannheim.

Application period The application period runs from 11 January to 15 January 2021. All applicants will be informed about the outcome of their application preferably by 30 January, 2021.
