ABDUL QADIR PATEL to invite attention of the Minister of Human Rights to a matter of urgent public importance regarding violation of children rights resulting in millions of children living in poverty, disability, lack of education, malnutrition, being subjected to maltreatment including sexual abuse, violence, child labour and forced beggary, causing grave concern amongst the public.
