No: Tr.T4/2811/2019 Date: 18-07-2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21 (1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I ,Anjani Kumar, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad,, do hereby notify for the information of general public that in order to facilitate proper control and regulation of traffic in connection with “UJJAINI MAHANKALI BONALU JATARA” at Secunderabad following traffic regulations are made from 0400 hours on 21-07-2019 to 2200 hours on 22-07-2019. ON 21-07-2019 FROM 0400 HOURS TO TILL CONCLUSION OF POOJA: 1. The road leading to Mahankali Temple from Tobacco Bazar Hill Street and General Bazar Secunderabad will be closed for all vehicular traffic. 2. Subash Road starting from Bata X roads up to Ramgopalpet PS Secunderabad will be closed for all vehicular traffic. 3. The road leading to Mahankali Temple from Advaiah X roads Secunderabad will be closed for all vehicular traffic. 4. The road leading to Mahankali Temple from General Bazar Secunderabad will be closed for all vehicular traffic. DIVERSIONS: 1. 1) Ranigunj x roads: General Traffic and RTC Buses coming from Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Ranigunj x roads towards Minister Road – Rasoolpura x roads – R/T – CTO – SBH x roads – YMCA x roads – St.John’s Rotary – Gopalapuram Lane – Railway Station. Note: 1) RTC Buses return from Railway Station towards Tank bund will pass through Alfa Hotel x road – Gandhi X roads- Sajjanlal Street – Old Tr.P.S.Mahankali – Ghasmandi – Bible house –Karbala Maidan 2) RTC Buses return from Railway Station towards Tadban and Begumpet will pass through Clock Tower – Patny X roads/ YMCA X road – SBH x roads. 2. Ghasmandi X roads: General Traffic coming from Bible house will be diverted at Ghasmandi x roads towards Sajjanlal Street and Hill street. 3. Patny x roads: (a) General Traffic coming from SBH x roads towards R.P.Road will be diverted at Patny x roads towards Clock Tower and Paradise. (b) General Traffic coming from Paradise towards R.P.Road will be diverted at Patny x roads towards SBH or Clock Tower. (c) General Traffic coming from Clock Tower towards R.P.Road will be diverted at Patny x roads towards SBH X roads and Paradise. 4. Paradise X roads : General Traffic coming from CTO Junction t owards M.G.Road will be diverted at Paradise X roads towards HDFC Bank – L/T – Sindhi Colony – R/T – Minister Road – L/T- Ranigunj X roads –R/T – Karbala Maidan. Traffic coming from Patny x roads will be diverted at Paradise x roads towards CTO Junction. ON 22-07-2019 FROM 1400 HOURS TO 2200 HOURS: 1. The Road between Secunderabad Railway Station towards St.Mary’s Road will be closed for all vehicular traffic. 2. All buses proceeding towards Secunderabad Railway Station from Hakeempet, Bowenpally, Balanagar and Ameerpet will be terminated at Clock Tower and they will return to their destinations on the same route i.e., Via: Patny, SBH X Road. PARKING PLACES: 1. For the vehicles coming from St.Johns Rotary, Sweekar Upkar, SBH side will park their vehicles at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan / Mahboobia College. 2. For the vehicles coming from Karbla Maidan, Bible House, Ghansmandi side will park their vehicles in Islamia High School 3. For the vehicles coming from Ranigunj & Adaiah X Roads side will park their vehicles in Govt. Adaiah Memorial High School, Adaiah X Roads, Ranigunj, Secunderabad. 4. For the vehicles coming from Subhash Road side will park their vehicles at Old Jailkhana open place. 5. For the vehicles coming from Manju Theater side will park their vehicles at Anjali Theater lane Public is requested to co-operate with Traffic Police. Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. No. 204/HC/SW(ID)-2/2013-19 Dated: 17.07-2019 NOTIFICATION With a view to maintain public order, peace and tranquility in the area known as Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Secretariats, Hyderabad in the limits of Saifabad Police Station, together with the offices located within the premises of the Telangana andA.P. Secretariats including the gates leading to the offices and also areas falling upto a distance of 3 KM s from secretariat building perimeter, I, Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Sec 22 of Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 Fasli, do hereby make this written order and notify the same to the general public prohibiting the following matters :- i) holding of any public meeting; ii) Assembly of five or more persons; iii) Carrying the fire arms, banners, placards, lathis,spears, swords, sticks, brickbats, etc; iv) Shouting of slogans; v) Making of speeches, etc; vi) Processions and demonstration; and vii) Picketing or dharnas within the area specified in the schedule to this order without a written permission. As the order cannot be served practicably on each individual and all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex-parte and the same is published for the information of general public through press and by affixing copies of this order on the notice boards of the offices of all the DCsP, ACsP and all Police Stations concerned and other places for conveying the information to the general public. This order shall be in force with effect from 0600 hours on 23-07.2019 and shall remain in force for a period of two months i.e. upto 0600 hours on 22-09-2019 (both days inclusive), unless withdrawn earlier. Any person violating the order shall be liable for punishment under section 188 of the Indian Penal code and as per the provisions of Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 Fasli. HELD THREE ACCUSED AND ONE BOY CONFLICT WITH LAW- DETECTED ROBBERY CASE AND RECOVERED ONE GOLD CHAIN, FOUR CELL PHONES AND ONE TWO-WHEELER VEHICLE On 19-07-2019 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force,Central Zone Team, Hyderabad, apprehended three accused and one boy conflict with law who are involved in robbery case and recovered one gold chain(1.5 tulas), 04 Mobile phones and one two wheeler vehicle which was used by the accused during the offence. DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED: 1. Chilakamukku Uday Kiran @ Uday, S/o. Ch. Manikyam, age 20 years, Occ. Degree Student, R/o. Near BJP Building, Bada Ganesh, Khairthabad, Hyderabad. 2. Bolmala Rishikesh Yadav @ Rishi, S/o. B. Ravikanth, age 20 years, Degree Student, R/o. H.No. B-2/17, Indra Nagar Colony, Khairtabad, Hyderabad. 3. Chauhan Rahul @ Rahul, S/o. Late C. Kishan Rao, age 21 years, Occ. Medicine Supplier at Pharma Distributor, Sulthan Bazar, R/o. H.No.11-1- 111/94, HP Petrol Pump, Afzal Sagar, Mallapally, Hyderabad. 4. One Boy Conflict with Law SEIZED PROPERTIES 1. One Gold Chain (weight about 15 grams) 2. Cell Phones -04 (Robbed Phone Redmi Note 4, Honor 9 Lite and two cell phones belongs to accused) 3. Two-Wheeler -01 (Honda Dio) BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE: The brief facts of the case are that on 13/14-07-2019 intervening night, complaint and his friends were proceeding on two bikes from Moosapet towards Cafe Bahar Hotel, Basheerbagh, Hyderabadat about 0100 hoursto have Biryani and riding on Apache vehicle bearing No. AP-28CD-5815, when they reached near Erramanzil, Hyderabad meantime one unknown bike rider having four persons has a verbal duel and using vulgar language with complainant and his friends while overtaking but complainantand his friends were not responded, at about 0130 hours, when they reached near Khairtabad Railway gate road meanwhile one of their vehicle got distance and moved forward, then the same unknown bike riders followed the complainant vehicle and stopped them and they were in drunken condition and they beaten with hands by using vulgar language, due to which complainant received injuries over his right and left elbow and swelling on face and has fell down on the road and they robbed 1.5 tulas Gold chain, Honor 9 Lite Cell Phone of Complainant and also robbed his friends Redmi Note 4 Cell Phone. Basing on the victim’s complaint, a robbery case was registered vide Cr. No. 439/2019 U/s 394 IPC at Saifabad Police Station. Considering the seriousness and sensitivity of the issue, the Central Zone Task Force team apprehended the accused. Brief about the Accused: - All the fourpersons addicted to bad habits like consuming Alcohol, Cigarettes etc., and they all move on one bike without no. Plate in the late nights and unnecessarily argue with by passers and innocent people, if any one stops and question them, then they all attack them and snatch cell phones and chains from them. On intervening 13/14-07-2019 all the four persons riding on Honda Dio without no. plate and proceeding towards Khairtabad railway gate, meantime the complainant proceeding on bike with his friend the accused quarreled with them and beat the complainant and robbed his gold chain and 02 mobiles phone and fled away from the spot. The (03) accused Chilakamukku Uday Kiran @ Uday, Bolmala Rishikesh Yadav @ Rishi,Chauhan Rahul @ Rahul and one Boy conflict with lawalong with recovered one gold chain(1.5 tulas), 04 Mobile phones and one two wheeler vehicle make Honda Dio were handed over to SHO, Saifabad PS, for taking further action against the accused. The detection and arrest were made under the supervision of Sri. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri Sayini Srinivasa Rao, Inspector of Police, Central Zone Team Task Force and Sis Sri K.
