I have received your request to host a speaking event for Richard Spencer at the University of Florida. I will be the UF point of contact for you as we work through all the logistics. Could we set up a time tomorrow or Thursday to discuss? On Wednesday I can talk between 8:30 and 11 and Thursday 9-10 or noon to 3. Can you let me know what works for you? Thanks! This is based on the setup we discussed (podium with mic and mic in audience). The rental cost for the facility is higher than what you were quoted for space at the Union but the security costs will be substantially lower. We have put a hold on the Phillips Center on September 12 for your event. We still have a hold on the Grand Ballroom at the Reitz Union that I would like to release if you are comfortable moving to the Phillips Center. -
