ALCOHOL POLICY

Nashville Soccer Club, in coordination with and its concessionaire, Legends, are dedicated to the responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. To insure the safety of our fans when it comes to alcohol, all employees serving alcohol are required to complete the “Responsible Alcohol Training” program conducted by the stadium concessionaire, Legends. Any employee serving liquor or wine must hold a ABC card. Nashville SC, Nissan Stadium and Legends limit the sale of alcohol to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per transaction. Legends follows the policy of “ID every person, every time.” It is not possible to buy alcohol at Nissan Stadium without proper identification. Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) will be refused service. All ushers and security at Nissan Stadium are trained to spot intoxicated patrons, and service will be refused by all vendors if a patron is visibly intoxicated. Visibly intoxicated fans are also subject to ejection from the stadium. Medical assistance will be provided, if needed. General concession stands on the concourse, as well as in-seat vendors, will cease alcohol sales at the 75th minute of the match. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave Nissan Stadium. The Uber/Lyft ridesharing pick-up point is located in Lot T on the south end of the stadium. Public address announcements encouraging designated drivers will be read throughout the match. Finally, the club anticipates partnering with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) which manages the state’s Booze It & Lose It campaign that coincides with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) national campaign, Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over.
