N O T I F I C A T I O N In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21 (1) (b) of the Hyderabad city Police Act, I, Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for the information of the general public, that, in order to relieve traffic congestion, to maintain smooth flow of traffic and ensure public safety in connection with Milad un Nabi Procession in Hyderabad, the following traffic restrictions/diversions will be made on 10-11- 2019 from 08.00 AM to 6.00 PM. 1. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Charminar at Shah ali banda X roads and will be diverted towards Khilwath or Nagula chintha or Moghlpura. 2. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Charminar at Motigalli and will be diverted towards Moosa bowli or Volga hotel. 3. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Charminar at Gulzar houz and will be diverted towards Mitti ka sher or Panjesha. 4. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Gulzar houz at Mitti ka sher and will be diverted towards Khilwath or Ghansi bazaar. 5. When procession reaches Gulzar houz, the traffic coming from Madina will not be allowed to proceed towards Charminar and will be diverted towards City College Jn. 6. When procession reaches Madina, the traffic coming from City College will not be allowed to proceed towards Delhi gate and will be diverted towards Begum Bazaar and Moosabowli. 7. When procession reaches Madina, the traffic coming from Afzal gunj will not be allowed to proceed towards Nayapool and will be diverted towards SA bazaar, Shivaji bridge and MJ bride. 8. When procession reaches Delhi gate, the traffic coming from SJ Rotary will not be allowed to proceed towards Nayapool and will be diverted towards Shivaji Bridge and Mir alam mandi. 9. When procession reaches Darul shifa, the traffic coming from Dabeerpura will not be allowed to proceed towards APAT and will be diverted towards Matha kidiki or so on. 10. When procession reaches APAT, the traffic coming from Dabeerpura OR Matha kidiki will not be allowed to proceed towards Purani haveli / Peeli gate and will be diverted towards Dabeerpura or Matha kidiki . 11. When procession reaches APAT, the traffic coming from Tippu khana Jn VIA Chatta bazaar will not be allowed to proceed towards Purani haveli / Peeli gate and will be diverted towards Madina at Tippu khana Jn. 12. When procession reaches APAT, the traffic coming from Etebar chowk will not be allowed to proceed towards Purani haveli / Peeli gate and will be diverted towards Panjesha or Yakutpura. 13. When procession reaches Etebar chowk, the traffic coming from Bibi bazaar will not be allowed to proceed towards Miralam mandi and will be diverted towards Talab katta or Hafeez danka masque at Bibi bazaar. 1 14. When procession reaches Kotla aliza, the traffic coming from Volta hotel will not be allowed to proceed towards Kotla aliza and will be diverted towards Talab katta or Moghlpura at Volta hotel. 15. When procession reaches Volta hotel, Moghlpura, the traffic coming from Hari bowli will not be allowed to proceed towards Volta hotel and will be diverted towards Shah ali banda X roads or Sultan shahi side. 16. TSRTC district buses will be diverted towards Chadarghat and then towards Nalgonda Chowrasta and Ranga mahal, MJ Market sides for entry and exit from 08.00 AM to 6.00 PM on 10-11-2019 and they should not come towards SJ Rotary and Miralam mandi road till the procession terminates. 17. The public participating in the procession can park their vehicle at Charminar Bus Terminal. Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. 2 TRAFFIC ADVISORY 550th BIRTH DAY CELEBRATIONS OF GURU NANAK (SIKH RELIGIOUS PROCESSION) Sikh religious people will takeout Sikh procession on 09-11-2019 at 1500 hrs onwards on the occasion of 550th birthday celebrations of their 1st Sikh Guru Shri Guru Nanak. The procession will starts from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Ashok Bazar and move via. Afzalgunj Island - Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction - Siddiamber Bazar - Mozamjahi Market - Jambagh - Puthlibowli - Ram Mandir – Central Guru Dwara Gowliguda Shanker Sher Hotel and return to Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Ashok Bazar and the expected gathering will be about 3000 members. In this regard traffic diversion is needed in the following routes in the limits of Tr.PS.Sultan bazaar and Tr.PS.Goshamahal. Sl. Name of Diversion point Diversion instructions No. 1 Shivaji Bridge Junction When the procession starts from Ashok Bazar Gurudwara, Afzalgunj the traffic coming from CBS towards Afazalgunj will not to be allowed and diverted towards S.J. bridge rotary / CBS. 2 Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction When the procession crosses Afzalgunj ‘T’ Junction and proceed towards S.A. Bazar Mosque, all the vehicular traffic coming from Afzalgunj will be diverted towards State Central Library Afzalgunj – Shivaji Bridge – CBS - Rangamahal till the procession move to M.J. Market. 3 Rangamahl Junction When the procession reaches near MJ Market and turns towards Jambagh at that time the traffic coming from Charderghat will not to be allowed from Rangamahal Junction towards Jambagh and diverted towards CBS, SJ Bride. (if necessary) 4 Nayapool When the procession starts from Ashok Bazar Gurudwara, (Charminar Tr.PS.Limits) Afzalgunj the traffic coming from Madina and City College will will not to be allowed towards Afzalgunj and diverted towards Salarjung Museum – S.J.Rotary 5 Shanti Fireworks After the procession passes Shanthi Fireworks lane the traffic (Goshamahal Tr.PS Limits) coming from Afzalgunj and intending to proceed towards MJ Market (or) so on will be diverted at Shanti Fireworks and they have to proceed taking left turn via Feel Khana – Right Turn – Thop Khana - Alaska – Malakunta – Left Turn – Midas High School U Turn – MJ Market. In view of above religious procession, there will be traffic congestion on 09-11-2019 from 1500 hrs to 2200 hrs on the above routes. The commuters are requested to take alternative routes to avoid inconvenience and co-operate with Hyderabad Traffic Police. Addl. Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad. 3 Date: 08-11-2019 PRESS NOTE Hyderabad Traffic Police conducted a special drive on 7th and 8th November 2019 and against the vehicles specially cars which are violating the provisions of MV Act by using Improper/Irregular and Fancy Registration Number Plates. In two days special drive, Hyderabad Traffic Police booked 1427 cases against the cars for using vehicles Improper/Irregular and Fancy Registration Number Plates. Hyderabad Traffic Police is regularly booking cases against vehicles using improper and fancy number plate and this year so far 1,16,101 cases have been booked. The motorists and vehicle owners are requested to use proper number plates on their vehicles as per the guidelines issued under rule 50, 51 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 only. In the month of August 2019, the Traffic Police has registered 27 criminal cases against the vehicle owners for using tampered and illegal numbered plates. Citizens are requested to inform traffic violations to Hyderabad Traffic Police through Hyderabad Traffic Police Facebook, Twitter, Traffic Help Line (9010203626) and Traffic Live App to ensure safety and security in Hyderabad City. Usha Godown, Rasoolpura, Begmpet, Sec’bad and apprehended one accused person by name Jagadish Amba Bhai Ravaria N/o. Kutch (Dist), Gujarath State R/o. Panjagutta, Hyderabad who is indulged in supply & selling of duplicate ink printer Toner Cartridges on various companies names i.e., HP, Samsung, Canon and others thereby misleading the innocent customers and making them believe that the products are genuine products of the branded companies. ➢ Details of accused :- Jagadish Amba Bhai Ravaria S/o. Ten years back his parents migrated to Hyderabad from Gujarat State, settled in Hyderabad. Earlier he worked in a computers sales shop at CTC, Sec’bad and gain good knowledge in selling of printers, cartridges, other computer components.
