2019 CSFA Annual Conference :: Speaker Biographies Jeff Morgan, FASAE, CAE, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Morgan is an association executive who has held various executive management positions in trade and professional associations for more than 25 years. Morgan thrives in an environment where the business or profession is changing. The association, in this changing environment, must be a proactive hub to provide information, community, research, and knowledge in this evolving environment to help members overcome this change to be successful. Prior to joining CMAA on October 1, 2014, Morgan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) from 2008-2014. Morgan has also held senior positions in two other associations focusing on global derivatives and property and casualty insurance. A Pennsylvania native, Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on finance and technology from Susquehanna University and a Master of Science in nonprofit management. Morgan is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a member and Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (FASAE). When Jeff is not working, he enjoys unplugging at his Maryland beach home, traveling with his wife, working on his golf game at his Annapolis area golf club, or just disconnecting by working in his yard. Jon Olsen, Four-time Olympic Gold-medal Swimmer & Former World Record-holder Jon Olsen represented the United States at two consecutive Olympic Games, and won a total number of five Olympic medals, including four golds. At the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, he won his first gold medal as a member of the winning U.S. team in the men's 4×100-meter freestyle relay, together with teammates Joe Hudepohl, Matt Biondi, and Tom Jager. He won a second gold medal for swimming the freestyle anchor leg for the first-place U.S. team in the men's 4×100- meter medley relay. With his medley relay teammates Jeff Rouse (backstroke), Nelson Diebel (breaststroke), and Pablo Morales (butterfly), he tied the world record in the event of 3:36.93. He also received a bronze medal as a member of the third-place U.S. team in the men's 4×200- meter freestyle relay. Individually, he also placed fourth in the final of the men's 100-meter freestyle with a time of 49.51 seconds. Four years later at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, Olsen again won a gold medal as a member of the first-place U.S. team in the men's 4×100-meter freestyle relay with fellow team members Josh Davis, Brad Schumacher, and Gary Hall, Jr., and set a new Olympic 2019 CSFA Annual Conference :: Speaker Biographies record of 3:15.41. He received another gold for swimming for the winning U.S. team in the preliminary heats of the men's 4×200-meter freestyle relay. He also competed in the individual men's 100-meter freestyle and placed ninth overall in the B Final of the event with a time of 49.80 seconds. Olsen was elected captain of the U.S. Olympic swim team at the 1996 Games by his teammates. During his career, Olsen was trained by former freestyle sprinter Jonty Skinner. He was also coached by the current Laurel Swim Association head coach, Warren Holladay, who was previously an assistant coach at the University of Alabama. Olsen attended the University of Alabama, where he swam for Alabama Crimson Tide swimming and diving team. He currently resides in the Florida Keys with his family where he coaches swimming. He has two daughters and a son. Monica Auslander Moreno, MS, RDN, Founder of Essence Nutrition Monica is the Founder of Essence Nutrition, a group practice of four registered dietitians in Miami. Her practice serves private clients [both children and adults, in-office and virtually], corporate clients, and designs nutrition programming for various restaurants, facilities, and schools. She provides nutrition services to the Miami Marlins and is the visiting dietitian specialist at Ocean Reef Resort and Club. Before opening her practice, Monica completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida and earned her Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University. She was previous employed as a clinical pediatric dietitian at Jackson Memorial Hospital and as an adjunct nutrition professor at the University of Miami. Monica has spoken at national nutrition and wellness conferences, been featured in various print and media publications, and maintains membership within the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Eating Disorder Dietitian Professional Group, and Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group. She has been a member of the Junior League of Miami since 2011, wherein she volunteers on the Therapy Dogs Committee, and is a past co-chair and current board member of Jewish Community Services of South Florida’s Young Alliance. Mark Wuttke, Babor Mark is a global professional business development speaker, coach, and trainer, experienced in working with both executive teams at the corporate level and with individuals helping them learn the tools to achieve greater Influence, Impact, Income, and Equilibrium in the wellness space. 2019 CSFA Annual Conference :: Speaker Biographies Mark’s vision, combined with what’s been called his trademark Australian style (friendly, entertaining, and always down-to-earth straightforward) sparks laughter, ignites audience energy, and cuts to the chase, helping participants achieve crystal clarity of vision, purpose, and then achieve goals. Mark is President & COO of BABOR Americas, a founding Alumni Advisory Board member of the Global Wellness Summit, founding Beauty Initiative Chair of the Global Wellness Institute, founding editorial advisory board member of Organic Spa Magazine, former advisory board member of the Green Spa Network, and works closely with the International Spa Association, New York Spa Alliance, Florida Gulf Coast University, and Cornell University. Sean Drake, MS, DC, ICCSP, CCSP, CCEP, ICCSP, PES, CES, Vice President and Performance Director of RacquetFit and OnBaseU Dr. Drake received his bachelor’s degree at Florida State University where he was a walk-on to the Track & Field team. He received his Masters in Sports Health Science with an emphasis in Sports Injury Management as well as his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta. Dr. Drake holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) from the American Academy of Chiropractic Sports Physicians, Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Graston Technique Certification, and specializes in performance for athletes. In addition to running multiple chiropractic clinics, Dr. Drake has extensive experience in treating amateur and professional athletes, serving as the Team Doctor for the Mississippi Hound Dogs and Team Chiropractor for the Life University and Life West Rugby Teams. He has been the Medical Director for the Summer and Winter Dew Tour Games, Nitro Circus World Games, Nitro Circus Live Tours, and the UCI BMX Supercross World Cups, in addition to consulting for police, professional teams, and athletes. After founding and serving as the Sports Performance Institute Director at Life Chiropractic College West, Dr. Drake recently accepted the position as Vice President and Performance Director of RacquetFit and OnBaseU in Oceanside, CA, working alongside Dr. Greg Rose. In this role, Dr. Drake is expanding TPI’s worldwide health and fitness certification program to include the sport of tennis and baseball/softball. Dr. Drake’s hobbies include tennis, surfing, cycling, swimming, skydiving, sailing, and running. 2019 CSFA Annual Conference :: Speaker Biographies Luis Bracamonte, Director of Fitness and Wellness, Ocean Reef Club Luis has been with the Ocean Reef Club for six years and also currently serves as CSFA’s Vice Chair. Luis holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Chicago and several fitness certifications and specializations, including on Strength and Conditioning and Integrative Movement. Luis was born in Peru and competed with the Peruvian national swim team for over a decade. He was the recipient of a full athletic scholarship in college and an Illinois State Champion in the 200 butterfly. Mic O’Keeffe, Executive Director of Sports & Recreation, Ocean Reef Club Mic has been with Ocean Reef Club since 2004. In his role, he is responsible for a wide range of club operations, including four fitness centers, the spa, recreation, kid programs, nature center, tennis, pickleball, bridge, marina, and airport operations. In total, he oversees operating departments grossing more than $14M for the club, and payrolls of $2.5M. In 2012, Mic oversaw the $9M fitness and spa facility renovation and expansion; in 2018, he played a key role in the fitness pool construction; and, he has also been very involved in recent tennis center renovations, pool renovations, marina enhancements, and a wide range of the other club capital project improvements. Prior to joining Ocean Reef Club, Mic worked at Laguna Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand, where he directed part of the five-hotel complex, Laguna Phuket, sports operations. Before that, Mic spent five years in the Pacific with Interpacific Resorts in Guam and the Gold Coast of Australia, where he was involved with a wide variety of sports and recreational operations at the hotels (Pacific Islands Club and Couran Cove Resort). Mic was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and graduated from Central Missouri State University, where he majored in communications and played for the men’s basketball team. .
