Subject:- Re-organisation of existing I and Nashik II Commissionerates into CENTRAL TAX Commissionerate, Nashik, and Jurisdiction of its Divisions and Ranges effective from 22/06/2017 —reg...

1. In terms of Notification No. 2/2017 - Central Tax dated 19.06.2017 issued by the Under Secretary, Govt. of , Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise 86 Customs, the existing Nashik - I 86 II Commissionerates have been re-organised into one Commissionerate namely Nashik CENTRAL TAX Commissionerate, Nashik, effective from 22/06/2017.

2. The jurisdiction of CENTRAL TAX Commissionerate Nashik, its Divisions and Ranges shall be as given in table I 86 table II below:-

1 Dhule-I Range Area of Dhule Tehsil/ Taluka, other than covered in the area of Municipal Corporation of Dhule, lying in the West of - Highway, the area of Municipal Corporation of Dhule lying in the West of Old Mumbai-Agra Road and the entire area of Tehsil/Taluka of . 2 Dhule-II Range Area of Dhule Tehsil/ Taluka, other than covered in the area of Municipal Corporation of Dhule, lying in the East of Mumbai-Agra Highway and the area of Municipal Corporation of Dhule lying in the East of Old Mumbai-Agra Road 3 Nandurbar . Range 4 Shindkheda Shindkheda Tehsil/Taluka of Dhule District. Range 5 Range Shirpur Tehsil/Taluka of Dhule District. 3 Jalgaon Division in the state of Maharashtra.

1 Godavari Area of Nashik Tehsil/Taluka, including area of Range Nashik Municipal Corporation, between Trimbakeshwar Road and bound by Old Agra Road starting from Trimbak Naka to Ahilyabai Holkar (Victoria) Bridge but excluding Satpur, MIDC area. 2 Malegaon Tehsils/Talukas of Malegaon, Deola, Kalwan and Range Baglan of Nashik District. 3 Panchvati Area of Nashik Tehsil/ Taluka, including the area of Range Nashik Municipal Corporation, lying in the North of Godavari River, the area situated in the North of Old Agra Road from (Victoria) Bridge till Adgaon Naka and the area in the North of Mumbai Agra Highway from Adgaon Naka onwards.

4 Satpur Range Area of Satpur, MIDC in the North of Trimbakeshwar Road.

5 Trimbakeshwar Tehsils/ Talukas of Trimbakeshwar, Dindori, Peth and Range Surgana of Nashik District.

5 Nashik-II Division Area of Nashik Tehsil/ Taluka, including the area of Nashik Municipal Corporation, situated in the South of Trimbakeshwar Road and the South East of Old Agra Road starting from Trimbak Naka to Adgaon Naka and the area in the South of Mumbai- Agra-Highway from Adgaon Naka onwards, Tehsils/Talukas of , , , , and Nandgaon of Nashik District.

1 Ambad Range Area of Ambad, MIDC.

2 Manmad Range Tehsils/Talukas of Nandgaon and Yeola of Nashik District. 3 Niphad Range Tehsils/Talukas of Niphad and Chandwad of Nashik District. 4 Sinnar Range Tehsil/Taluka of Sinnar of Nashik District.

5 Tapovan Range Igatpuri Tehsil/Taluka and the area of Nashik Tehsil/ Taluka, including the area of Nashik Municipal Corporation, situated in the South of Trimbakeshwar Road and South East of Old Agra Road starting from Trimbak Naka to Adgaon Naka and the area in the South of Mumbai-Agra-Highway from Adgaon Naka onwards excluding area of Ambad MIDC.

6 The following are Customs formations in the areas covered by Districts of Dhule, Nandurbar 86 Jalgaon in the state of Maharashtra.

6.1 ICD Bhusawal All Customs related work at ICD Bhusawal. 6.2 Customs Division, Jalgaon and its (1) All Customs work Customs Ranges:- including factory stuffing in Dhule, Nandurbar and Jalgaon districts of Maharashtra. 4

6.2.1 Range - I All Custc;ms work including factory stuffing in the districts of Dhule and Nandurbar in the State of Maharashtra. 6.2.2 Range-II All Customs work including factory stuffing in Jalgaon District of Maharashtra. 7 The following are Customs formations in the areas covered by Districts of Nashik and Ahmednagar in the state of Maharashtra.

7.1 ICD/ACC, Janori and ACC, Ozar All Customs related work at

(1) ICD, Janori

(2) Aircargo Complex, Janori

(3) Aircargo Complex Ozhar.

7.2 Customs Division Nashik and its (1) All Customs work Customs Ranges including factory stuffing in the districts of Ahmednagar and Nashik in state of Maharashtra.

(2) All Customs related work at:- (i) SEZ, Sinnar; and (ii) CFS, Ambad

7.2.1 Range-I All Customs work including factory stuffing in the Ahmednagar District of State of Maharashtra.

7.2.2 Range-II (1) All Customs work including factory stuffing in the Nashik district of state of Maharashtra.

(2) All Customs related work at:- (i) SEZ, Sinnar; and (ii) CFS, Ambad

3. The jurisdictions indicated above shall come into force with effect from 22.06.2017.

4. All the Trade Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Industries and Members of Regional Advisory Committee under the jurisdiction of CENTRAL TAX Commissionerate, Nashik are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the knowledge of their members and other concerned persons.
